This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a purchase of Niche Finder Pro ("NFP," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of CallRise LLC. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any paid plan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund of that purchase.
Email us at info@callrise.co from the address associated with your account, or include your account email and approximate purchase date so we can locate your order. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few business days.
Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee described above. After the 14-day window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable given their one-time, ongoing-access nature, except as required by law or as we may agree on a case-by-case basis. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the applicable product or service, as described in our Terms of Service.
Optional add-on purchases, such as additional data lookups or credits, are non-refundable to the extent they have already been consumed. Any unused portion may be refundable within the 14-day window at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our third-party payment processor. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a purchase is refunded, the associated paid access ends.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
If we discontinue Niche Finder Pro, or in the event of a material service interruption, we will provide reasonable notice, stop charging recurring fees, and give you a reasonable period to export your data. We may, in our sole discretion, provide prorated service extensions, account credits, or alternative remedies in lieu of refunds. Except as required by applicable law, a service interruption, migration, or discontinuation does not create an entitlement to a refund. Lifetime plans grant access for the commercial lifetime of the product, as described in our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new Effective Date, and for material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by email or an in-product notice — before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date means you accept the updated policy.
