Welcome to Niche Finder Pro ("NFP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, browser extension, tools, applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of the Services
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
- You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information updated.
2. Account and Access

- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Refunds are only issued as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- In the event of a material service interruption, Niche Finder Pro may, in its sole discretion, provide prorated service extensions, account credits, or alternative remedies in lieu of refunds.
4. Lifetime Access Plans
- Where a subscription or product is described as "Lifetime Access," such access applies only for the commercial lifetime of the applicable product or service as determined by Niche Finder Pro in its reasonable discretion.
- Lifetime Access refers to the lifetime of the product or service and does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser.
While it is our intention to continue providing access to the Services for as long as the product remains commercially offered and technically feasible to operate, Lifetime Access does not guarantee:
- perpetual operation of the Services without interruption;
- perpetual support, maintenance, or updates;
- continued availability of any specific feature, integration, API, browser extension, application, distribution channel, platform, or method of access; or
- access to future products, separately offered services, premium functionality, or successor products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Niche Finder Pro may satisfy its obligations under a Lifetime Access plan by providing substantially similar functionality through an alternative platform, application, website, or delivery method.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, functionality, software, methodologies, and data contained within the Services are owned by Niche Finder Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, or use the Services to develop competing products or services without our written permission.
6. Data and Integrations
- NFP may integrate with third-party APIs, data providers, and external services to provide functionality and data.
- We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data or services.
- You agree to comply with any applicable terms of third-party services when using our integrations.
- Certain features may depend on third-party providers, APIs, or external services. We reserve the right to modify, replace, limit, or discontinue any such features if required by changes in availability, pricing, licensing, legal requirements, or technical feasibility.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- use automated tools, bots, or scripts to excessively query or scrape our data outside intended usage limits;
- share accounts, resell access, sublicense access, or permit multiple users to access the Services through a single account unless expressly authorized by your subscription plan;
- attempt to circumvent usage limits, account restrictions, or security protections.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, continuously available, or meet your specific requirements.
- Niche Finder Pro does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, profitability, or any particular business outcome resulting from use of the Services.
9. Service Availability, Changes, and Distribution Channels
- The Services depend in part on third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, APIs, web browsers, application marketplaces, and other external services that are not owned or controlled by Niche Finder Pro.
- We may modify, suspend, restrict, migrate, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Services, features, integrations, or methods of access at any time, including any browser extension, application marketplace listing, or distribution channel.
Niche Finder Pro shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, modification, loss of functionality, suspension, or discontinuation resulting from:
- actions or decisions by third-party providers;
- changes to third-party policies, APIs, technical requirements, or pricing;
- removal or restriction of browser extensions, applications, or listings by third-party platforms;
- security, compliance, or legal requirements; or
- technical migration efforts undertaken to maintain or restore service availability.
- If a distribution channel or access method becomes unavailable, Niche Finder Pro may, but is not obligated to, provide access through an alternative platform, website, application, or delivery method offering substantially similar functionality.
- During any transition, migration, rebuild, or restoration period, temporary interruptions, delays, reduced functionality, or periods of unavailability may occur and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms or create an entitlement to refunds, credits, damages, or other compensation except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by Niche Finder Pro.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Niche Finder Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the three months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or if your use poses a risk to us, our users, our infrastructure, or our third-party providers.
12. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Services before they take effect.
- Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
